Refund Policy

Trails are digital products delivered instantly. Because you can download the GPX files immediately after purchase, all sales are generally final.

When we'll make it right

We want you to get what you paid for. We'll review a refund request if:

• the GPX file is corrupted or won't open;
• the route is materially wrong or not as described;
• you were charged in error or charged more than once.

Contact us within 14 daysof purchase with your order details and we'll investigate. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe; once a refund is processed, access to that trail is removed.

What isn't covered

We generally can't refund simply because you changed your mind, no longer need the trail, or found conditions on the ground different from the map (trail and access conditions change and are outside our control — see the safety note in our Terms).

Lifetime updates

Every purchase includes lifetime access and free updates to that trail, so you never need to re-buy a route you already own.
